Refund policy

We hope you LOVE your purchase from Square Gift Co. However, we understand at times items must be returned or exchanged. To return/exchange an item, it must be in original condition with tags attached. Returns must be made within 10 days (during the Holidays, we allow returns/exchanges until Jan. 15th). Receipt is required to return your item(s). You may return your item(s) for store credit only. To return an online order, please first email us at squaregiftco@gmail.com. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Store credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving your order.
